Who We Are

The principal of There Must Be A Better Way is David N. Schaffer. His areas of experience include Internet access and e-mail, desktop and server operating systems (Microsoft, Linux, Novell), IBM Lotus Notes/Domino and Sametime, application and desktop installation and configuration, end-user training and support, Internet applications, remote access and document sharing.

Mr. Schaffer has over fifteen years experience providing systems support, managing servers, and performing set up and help desk service for small business and home office users. He holds an M.S. in Management Engineering.

In a previous life, he was Managing Editor of Turbomachinery International magazine and Conference Director for the Plant Engineering and Maintenance Conference series.
